Ix estepona fashion week - young designers competition registration
The City Council will award prizes to the country's young designers during the 9th Estepona Fashion Week.
Interested parties can submit their proposals until August 31st. The organizers will select the eight finalist designers, who will be able to showcase their work in a fashion show, to be held on September 27th at the Botanical-Orchid Park.
Estepona City Council announces that registration is now open for the 6th 'Estepona de Moda' Young Designer Competition, which will be held as part of the 9th Estepona Fashion Week, from September 24th to 27th.
Organized jointly with Juanchy García Estudio and image consultant Miguel Toledo, this competition aims to support and recognize the work of designers between the ages of 18 and 35 who were born, or who can prove they reside and/or study in Spain at the time the entry rules are published.
The competition organizers will select the eight finalists, who will present their work in a fashion show taking place on September 27 at the Botanical-Orchid Park.
That same day, a jury composed of various fashion professionals will select the winner, who will receive a €1,000 prize and a trophy. The runner-up will receive a €500 prize and a trophy, and the third place will receive €300 and a trophy. In addition, the City Council will award five runner-up prizes of €200.
The contest rules state that participation is open only to individuals. Interested parties must submit a single collection in any of the different styles of the fashion industry, consisting of a total of six designs. Registration must be submitted by email to esteponademoda@gmail.com, with the subject line "Estepona Fashion Contest."
